Transtruct is a building construction company formed in 1997, and has rapidly grown into a larger sized construction company in the Eastern Cape with a current turnover of 225 ( two hundred and twenty five million) per annum. Our ongoing commitment to our clients has earned us the solid reputation in service delivery, and we are constantly striving to maintain our status as a preferred contractor to many consultants in our region.
Transtruct is currently registered with the CIDB as a Grade 9 GB + level 1BBBEE
A large percentage of our work is procured by direct negotiation, with our range of clients in the industrial, retail and commercial sectors. The balance of our work book consists of predominantly Government funded tenders, with a full range of building projects having been delivered, ranging from hospitals, police stations, to larger schools.
Our company has an administrative office located in East London, and an operating office in Port Elizabeth and Mthatha. All our secured contracts have been in the Eastern Cape region, with a special emphasis on the former Transkei
region, due to our infrastructural advantage.
